School & Graduation Live Streaming in Cape Town
Let grandparents, relatives overseas and family who cannot get a seat watch the big moment live. We stream prize-givings, graduations, matric farewells and school concerts across Cape Town.
Every name called, every family watching
School ceremonies are milestones that families want to share, but halls fill up quickly and loved ones often live far away. We plan the stream around the programme, capture the stage and speeches clearly, and give your school community one simple link to watch from anywhere.
Events we stream
- Graduations, prize-givings and awards evenings
- Matric farewells, valedictory services and school assemblies
- Concerts, plays, eisteddfods and talent shows in school halls and theatres
Planning your live stream
Send us the date, start time, venue and programme. We will discuss camera positions, sound from the stage microphones, venue access and internet availability with the school beforehand. Schools can share the viewing link with parents in a newsletter or WhatsApp group, so families know where to watch before the day.
What affects your quote?
Event duration, venue location, camera coverage, sound requirements and the streaming setup all affect the scope. Send us your date, start time and event details so we can discuss a suitable proposal. Your audience can watch on YouTube, or right here on the Cape Town Live website through a private link. Access and recording options are agreed during planning.
Frequently asked questions
Can the stream be limited to our school community?
Yes. The stream can run on YouTube, or on the Cape Town Live website behind a private link that the school shares only with parents and families.
What about learner privacy?
We agree with the school beforehand what is filmed and who can watch. A private link is usually the best fit for school events, and the school decides whether a recording is kept and shared.
Can families get a recording afterwards?
Yes. Ask about recording when requesting your quote, and the school can share it with families after the event if it chooses to.
